Youth Tour D.C. Application

Youth Tour Winner Requirements

Must be a high school sophomore or junior during the 2024-2025 school year and younger than 19 as of June 1, 2025.
Must be able to participate in the Youth Tour trip to Washington, D.C. June 16-21, 2025. Must be able to ride in a car or bus for up to 12 hours (with breaks) in a single day.
Must be able to fly in an airplane and provide a valid Minnesota driver's license or Minnesota state-issued ID card.
Must agree to reasonably assist MVEC in presentations and news articles promoting the Youth Tour program.
Must have parent/guardian give MVEC written permission and a waiver of release for their student to participate in the Youth Tour.

MVEC reserves the right to select the runner up or another contestant for the Youth Tour trip if the winner is unable to participate.
