Earn a bill credit when you purchase or lease a fully electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. Please completely fill out this form and upload the purchase or lease agreement.

The credit amounts are as follows:


            

Plug-in hybrid     $250             
Fully electric       $500             

If you meet the income eligibility requirements listed below, you will receive an additional $500 VEC credit.
