Before beginning project, ensure that you and/or your contractor read all Terms and Conditions.

Electric Heat - check if electric system heats 75% of the home and operates prior to any non-electric backup.
Portable space heaters do not qualify as part of the primary heating system. Air conditioning is not required.

Central AC Only - check if central air conditioning system provides cooling to the entire home (except basement) and the heating system does not qualify as Electric Heat.
