Tier Information

Complete this application and compliance form along with the requested supporting documents. An interconnection fee of $35.00 for Tier 1, $300.00 for Tier 2, and $1000.00 for Tier 3 will be billed to the account after the agreement is approved. Liability insurance for personal injury and property damage at a minimum of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 is required for Tier 2 and Tier 3 respectively.

All interconnection tiers require a Disconnect Switch. Please carefully review our Disconnect Switch Specifications before installation.

Hardware and Installation Compliance

The system has been installed to my satisfaction and I have read, understand and agree that the information provided on this Application and Compliance Form is true and correct.

The customer agrees to provide LCEC with any additional information required to complete the interconnection. The customer shall operate their equipment within the guidelines set forth by LCEC.
