Rebate Type

Emporia Level 2 EV Charger
  • Rebate of $275 bill credit for all Emporia charger models
To Qualify for Rebate:
  • Must have reliable internet connection
  • Must provide photo of dated receipt
  • Must provide photo of the Scheduled Charging Setting (see photo below). Charging is not allowed between 4PM-9PM 7 days/week
  • Must provide photo of Serial Number (see photo below)
  • By claiming this specific rebate, you consent to allowing YVEA with view only access to your charger

Fuel Switching Electric Resistive Water Heater
  • Rebate $200 bill credit
  • Must be for fuel switching (propane or natural gas to electric) 
  • Not available for new construction
  • Must be Energy Star rated
  • Must be 30 gallons or larger
  • Must be storage type water heater (rebate not valid for on demand water heaters)
  • Must provide dated proof of purchase
  • Must provide photos of old and new water heaters




Load Control Device (Including Heat Tape Timers)
  • $100 Rebate for Smart Breaker, Smart Load Controller, or similar Scheduling Device/Timer
  • Up to 5 device rebates ($500 maximum)
  • Device must control a electric water heater, heat tape, or hot tub
  • Device must control a 240V circuit
  • Must provide photo of the device programmed to de-energize circuit between 4PM-9PM, 7 days a week. 


























Induction Cooktop & Ranges
  • Rebate of $350 bill credit
  • Must be 30" or larger
  • Must provide dated proof of purchase
  • Must provide photo of installed range



Non Emporia Level 2 EV Charger 
  • Rebate of $200 bill credit
    To Qualify for Rebate:
    • Must have reliable internet connection
    • Must provide photo of dated receipt
    • Must provide photo of Scheduled Charging setting. Charging is not allowed between 4PM-9PM 7 days/week. 



Heat Pump Water Heater
  • Rebate of $250 bill credit
  • Must be 30 gallons or larger
  • Must be storage type water heater (rebate not valid for on demand water heaters)
  • Must be Energy Star rated
  • Must provide dated proof of purchase
  • Must provide screenshot of programmed "Energy Saver Mode" or other similar setting



Line Voltage Smart Thermostat For Electric Heating 
  • Rebate of a $50 bill credit per thermostat (up to 6 thermostats or $300/year)
To Qualify:
  • Member must provide dated receipt
  • Member must upload proof of scheduled heating/cooling settings
  • Thermostat must control electric cove, electric in floor, or electric baseboard heaters
  • Thermostat must be line voltage and Wi-Fi enabled (low voltage thermostats don not qualify)
  • Nest, Ecobee, Amazon thermostats do NOT qualify for this rebate
  • YVEA rebates will onely be approved for the four brands below:

Heat Pump Clothes Dryer
  • Rebate of $200 bill credit
  • Must be Energy Star rated
  • Must provide dated poof of purchase
  • Must provide photo of installed unit



Terms and Conditions
You must receive electric service from YVEA to qualify for rebates. Requests must be made within 90 days of purchase. Valid invoice/receipt is required with all applications. Submission of application does not guarantee rebate, which are first come, first served each year. All information must be included to process. $500 maximum rebate per electric customer annually.

All rebates will be in the form of a bill credit applied to the next billing cycle of member's YVEA account.
