A Plant Investment Fee (PIF) of $2.50 per ampere, per phase will be charged, regardless of whether upgrades to existing facilities, such as conductors, pedestals, transformers, etc., are needed. For more details, see Section 2:b of our Rates and Regulations.

Please understand some designs may require more than one of these documents and could delay the process if not available to the designer. If you have already provided CORE with this information, you may skip this step.

I acknowledge that upon completion of the design, a Construction Contract will be issued to the Property Owner and must be signed, paid and returned to CORE within 60 days, or a new Construction Contract with updated pricing will be required. If construction is delayed more than 30 days thereafter, due to required easements, surveys, etc., the project may be cancelled and refunded at CORE’s discretion. If this occurs, a new application for service will be required.

Construction times are subject to availability of labor crews and materials.
