This includes adding square footage to an existing structure or building a new structure.


Upgrade of Service to Existing Metered Service:

A Plant Investment Fee (PIF) of $2.50 per ampere, per phase will be charged, regardless of whether upgrades to existing facilities, such as conductors, pedestals, transformers, etc., are needed. For more details, see Section 2:b of our Rates and Regulations.
