Terms and Conditions

  • Rebate Eligibility: Members purchasing equipment from MVEC are eligible for a rebate upon enrollment in the Energy Wise program.
  • Minimum Enrollment Period: To retain the rebate, members must remain enrolled in the Energy Wise program for a minimum of one year from the date of enrollment.
  • Rebate Recapture: If a member unenrolls from the Energy Wise program before completing one year, the rebate will be charged back to the member's electric bill.
  • Program Compliance: Members must comply with all Energy Wise program requirements to maintain eligibility for the rebate.
  • Terms Modification & Enforcement: MVEC reserves the right to modify these terms or enforce rebate recovery if program conditions are not met.
  • Account Balance: Any remaining balances must be paid in full in the event the account needs to be closed for any reason.
  • Labor Charges: Labor charges for MVEC equipment products and/or off-peak equipment are subject to change.
  • Warranty: Failure to follow any and all instructions provided by the manufacturer correctly may result in a void warranty.
  • Installer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your chosen installer is aware of all installation requirements for the water heater.
