Tree and Right-of-Way Concerns

If you believe a tree is growing too close to one of our power lines, we will assess the situation and determine if the tree needs attention before the next scheduled trimming. This form can also be used to report an issue relative to recently completed tree work.

Maintaining the right-of-way (ROW) includes cutting, mowing and spraying at minimum a 30 ft for a single phase electric line and a minimum of 40 ft for a three-phase electric line. This includes clearance on both sides of the pole. We clear from ground to sky to minimize power outages.
