ELECTRIC VEHICLE & GENERATOR REBATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

I understand that the Electric Vehicle & Generator Rebate Program is intended for Egyptian Electric Cooperative Association (EECA) active residential consumer-members only and any Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger or Generator (with proper transfer switch) intended to qualify for the Rebate program must be installed on residential property located in EECA's service territory.

I understand that this EECA Rebate Program is designed to benefit both consumer-members and EECA. By enrolling in the Rebate Program, I consent to participate in a follow-up survey and to receive emails about other EECA programs. I understand that it may take up to 4-8 weeks for EECA to evaluate the application, complete the inspection, and issue the rebate.

I also agree that any feedback, comments, or testimonials I provide-whether through surveys, email, online reviews, or other written formats-may be used by EECA in future communications or promotional materials, with or without my name attached.

I understand that I will be compensated for my time and participation in the program with a one-time bill credit of $100, per participating service location, for each of the available incentives. I understand that by submitting this Agreement, I may not qualify to receive a rebate if this service location has previously received a rebate under a different name or account.

I understand that to qualify for the rebate, the equipment must be fully operational, compliant with EECA standards, policies, and code, and meet all safety requirements. I agree that my equipment is subject to verification by EECA in the form of an onsite inspection before the rebate is issued and any subsequent inspection visits to follow. I understand that if something is found to be prohibited or unsafe onsite, within or outside the scope of the equipment inspection, the consumer-member shall be responsible to immediately remedy the findings. I further understand my rebate application may be denied, and possibly even my service disconnected, until any safety issues are corrected. I understand that there may be additional requirements for each incentive program that I select.

EECA is not responsible if your contractor, retailer, builder, or other party provides you with inaccurate information about the amount or conditions of the Rebate Program. EECA will not rebate equipment that has been mislabeled, misrepresented, or previously owned. EECA reserves the right to inspect the equipment, and its installation, at the service location on this application. All completed applications become the property of EECA. Rebate qualifications and amounts are subject to change at EECA's discretion, and the program may end at any time without notice.
