Heat Pump Contractor Notification Form

Contractors are eligible for $300 contract incentive for installing new GSHP and new ASHP.  Mini-split systems are eligible for the contractor incentive if the system supplies 100% of heating to a residence.  The notification form must be completed before the contractor and member rebate is paid. Must include ACCA approved Manual J and AHRI Certificate.

**Applications received for Ground-Source or Air-Source Heat Pumps within 10 years that are replacing an existing (same) Heat Pump are subject to approval by Linn County REC.  Linn County REC will look at original install date, deemed savings, prior rebate amount and manufacturer warranty to determine if a rebate will be offered.

This form is for new installs only and not for replacement units.  For questions, call 319-377-1587 and ask to talk to Member Services or email rebates@linncountyrec.com.
