Terms and Conditions

This form is to be utilized for non-emergent tree work. Non-emergent meaning the tree(s) are not an immediate service reliability threat or public safety hazard.
Member understands the following:

PEC may trim/cut trees/limbs that may endanger power lines or overhead equipment.
PEC evaluates each tree work request in person to determine when/if a crew should be dispatched to the location to perform tree work.
The tree(s) must be marked upon sending this form to PEC.
The tree work that is requested on this form may or may not be performed.
If work is performed, PEC will not clean up the tree/branches/leaves.
PEC’s primary business is providing reliable electric service, not removal/trimming of trees that are not directly interfering with that service.
PEC may choose to drop the electric line so you or your tree contractor may perform the tree work.
