Must receive electric service from Consolidated to qualify.
Must be an ENERGY STAR stand-alone freezer sized 10-30
Size must fall within 10-30 cubic ft.
Must provide receipt of purchase dated within the past 12 months, along with a copy of the ENERGY STAR-rated tag.
The rebate amount is a $100 rebate as a credit to the electric bill
