Operation Round Up Charitable Foundation(ORU) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community assistance program adopted by PRECO. The program is funded through the voluntary donations of our members, which are added to the members' electric bill. The money is pooled, and then allocated to a variety of worthy causes throughout the co-op's ten-county service area.
