Terms and Conditions

Verification:

The equipment must be new. A copy of the original sales receipt--indicating the items purchased, purchase date, purchase location, quantity, and price--as well as any estimated energy-savings calculations, must be included with the rebate submission. Pre-approval is required prior to implementing any project with potential rebates that exceed customer rebate caps.
