I, the undersigned photo contest participant, hereby grant West River Electric Association (“WREA”) a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from the photograph(s) I submit (“Photograph”) for any lawful purpose, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to calendars, publications, websites, social media, advertising, promotions, and other internal or external communications, without compensation. I represent and warrant that I am the sole photographer and copyright owner of the Photograph, that I have full authority to grant this license, and that the Photograph does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
I further grant WREA permission to use my name, city, and state of residence in connection with the use of the Photograph. I release and hold harmless WREA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the photo contest or WREA’s use of the Photograph. I acknowledge that WREA may retain a digital copy of the Photograph. Electronic or facsimile signatures shall be deemed valid and binding. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this License and Consent Agreement.
