Billing and member information

Billing. I understand that even though I am installing an electrical production system, I will still have monthly bills due and payable for; facilities charges and any demand fees, as credits from the production (Solar) system does not pay for these, under any circumstance. A system access fee of $5 per kW of system size. If my system produces less than I use I will also have billings for meter usage as well.
