Terms and Conditions
New equipment must be installed on cooperative lines.
Incentives not allowed for a measure and a component of that measure. For example, if air source heat pump has a variable speed blower motor, the air source heat pump qualifies for an incentive but not the variable speed blower motor.
Incentive not to exceed the equipment cost.
Incentives are in place until December 31. Funds are limited.
Required documentation must be submitted within 3 months of purchase or install. For DIY installation, 3 months from purchase.

Boiler, ETS, and Plenum heater must be enrolled in PEC's load management program to qualify.
