North Carolina Vehicle Registration Card associated with the Service Address

Proof that the vehicle can be recharged from an external (plug-in) source of electricity (a picture of the car charging port and wall charger will suffice)

I understand that I am required to provide an updated vehicle registration card upon each DMV renewal in order to remain eligible for the Electric Vehicle Rate.
