MVEC Wind REC program

Thank you for your interest in renewable energy generated by wind. You may purchase Wind RECs in 100-kilowatt (kWh) blocks for 50 cents/block. You may purchase as many blocks as you wish, not to exceed your average usage. Average household usage for MVEC residential members is 1,000 kWh a month. At average use, 10 blocks or $5 extra per month would offset your household's monthly electric usage. Commercial accounts please check with your key account executive for further information.
