Participation Terms

Participation is voluntary. Monthly contributions range from $0.01 to $0.99 and will not exceed $11.88 during a 12-month period. No contribution is added when your bill is already a whole-dollar amount. Contributions appear separately on your electric bill.

Contributions support eligible community needs through the Lumbee River Charitable Foundation. Participants may not direct their contributions to a particular person, organization, project, or funding request.

Participation continues until you cancel or the enrolled electric account is closed. You may cancel at any time by contacting Lumbee River EMC at 910-843-4131. Cancellation will take effect as soon as reasonably practical. Contributions already billed or processed will not be refunded.

Enrollment applies only to the account listed on this form. Opening or transferring service to another account may require a new enrollment authorization.
