Level II Electric Vehicle Charger Rebate Application 

Complete all sections and accept terms and conditions to ensure proper and prompt payment of rebate. If you need assistance completing the online rebate form, call Corridor Energy Cooperative at 319-377-1587 and ask to speak to an Energy Advisor.  

To prevent any delays in the processing of the rebate, make sure to submit both the charger invoice AND installation invoice and/or receipts and the complete vehicle model (see example below).

Offer is limited to one (1) Level II EV Charger per service address. Requires 240/208 volt input supply. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00. Member must own an EV to be eligible for a rebate. Rebate is 50% of the total installed cost up to a maximum amount of $175.00.

Corridor Energy Cooperative's Super Saver rate block is from 10pm-5am; 7 days a week and is $0.050 per kWh.
Electric Vehicle Information
When filling out the EV model information, make sure to fill out what the sub model is.  For example, the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E has 8 sub models, all with different kWh per mile.  See example under EV Model.

Equipment Installation 



Installation labor can only be applied to total cost if Level II Charger is installed by a licensed contractor.
Rebate Amount and Installation Cost 


Max rebate amount is $175.
Rebate cannot exceed 50% of total installed costs.

When attaching the invoice, make sure to include the Level II EV Charger invoice as well as the invoice/receipt for the installation of the 240/208 volt supply.  If self-installed, material used for the install will be accepted.  If installed by a contractor, total bill will be accepted.  Rebate awarded is based off total cost (charger and installation).  Please reach out to Member Services with any questions.

***Receipt/invoice for Level II EV Charger is required to process the rebate. If the Level II EV Charger came with the purchase of the EV, a copy of the window sticker and/or Bill of Sale will be accepted. Failure to submit the requested receipts/invoice may result in a delay of processing the rebate.

General Terms and Conditions

Account holder hereby certifies that:
(1) The account holder is solely responsible for the accuracy of the application information;
(2) All rules of Corridor Energy Cooperative's energy efficiency program have been followed;
(3) Corridor Energy Cooperative will not be liable for any work performed or guarantee energy/cost savings;
(4) Account is in good standing. 
(5) Any equipment installed must be new.
(6) Corridor Energy Cooperative reserves the right to extend, modify (including incentive levels) or terminate this Program at any time without prior or further notice. The Member is responsible for checking with the Utility to determine whether the program has been changed or is still in effect.
(7) Corridor Energy Cooperative reserves the right to inspect equipment and verify sales transactions.
(8) Rebates shall be pro-rated based on the percent of power supplied by Corridor Energy Cooperative if the member has Alternative Energy Production, CEC may hold rebate up to 12-months for verification. 
(9) Applications and required documents must be submitted within three (3) months of the install/purchase date (based on member's invoice or receipt date) and are subject to 2026 rebate eligibility if received after December 31, 2025.
