Space will be reserved on a first come, first reserved basis. Deadline for reservation is July 1st, 2025, and no refunds will be made after that date. Contracts will be sent to participants by mail absolving Eastern Iowa REC of any liability in the hobby show.

Applicable fees are to be submitted with completed exhibitor contract no later than July 31st, 2025.
