United EV Enrollment

United EV is a program that offers at-home EV charging equipment, rebate dollars towards EV charger electrical wiring, and a menu of electric rates and options for smart-charging. United EV helps lower the up-front cost of installing an at-home EV charger, reduces the costs for members to charge their EVs, and helps United Power effectively manage and incorporate EV charging on the electrical grid.

United EV Program Agreement

Enrollment in the United EV Charging-as-a-Service Program is contingent upon signing the program agreement. Please review and sign the program agreement.

Please agree to the following statements before submitting your enrollment form.

I have read and agreed to the United EV program agreement.
Completing the program agreement is required to enroll in United EV.

I have a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed by a certified electrician at this location. The charger pigtail is 12 inches so the charger will be placed adjacent to the outlet. (Click here to apply for our Make Ready Wiring Rebate.)

I acknowledge that the charger will be connected to my home Wi-Fi service and that a signal is available at the location where the charger will be installed.

I have the consent of the property owner to enroll in the United EV at this location.

EV Make-Ready Wiring Rebate

United Power members who enroll in United EV are eligible to receive a rebate up to $1,000 on make-ready wiring.

United Power is required to collect W9s for rebate amounts equal to or greater than $600.

If you do not have a W9, please fill out this form with the IRS.

You are responsible for any and all applicable state and federal tax implications resulting from a rebate. United Power will provide you with a Form 1099 prior to the tax filing deadline for the year in which you receive a rebate from United Power.

All rebate applications must be submitted within 90 days of installation. Submission of application does not guarantee rebate. Installation may be subject to inspection by United Power. New construction projects not eligible for rebates, retrofit projects only.Your rebate application is not complete until you agree to the Terms & Conditions and hit the SUBMIT button below.
