Items must be purchased between January 1 and December 31 of the current year. Applications must be filed no later than March 31 of the following year. MPW reserves the right to change any portion of this program or to end this program at any time without notice.

Rebate Amounts & Payments:
Rebates will not exceed purchase price. Rebate applications will be processed as they are received, and a credit will be applied to your MPW bill.

Appliance Recycling Requirements:

Only eligible if recycled through the Muscatine transfer Station (563) 263-9689. Please provide receipt for disposal along with completed rebate form.

Qualifying Purchases/Eligibility:

MPW does not endorse any particular manufacturer of appliances. Only MPW residential electric customers are eligible for these rebates.

As part of our terms and conditions for this program, you certify:

• You are an MPW residential electric customer and account holder listed on this form.
• The indicated/submitted appliances, fixtures, and LED lamps have been purchased and installed in a residence within MPW’s electric service territory and that the information supplied is accurate.
• You have attached your original or copy of your sales receipt(s) with this form and that all receipts are for items purchased in your name.
• You have attached your energy guide(s) for the following (required to receive rebate):
• Dishwashers, washing machines, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, freezers, and LED lamps.
• You understand rebates will be processed as a credit to your MPW account.
• For appliance recycling – you certify that you have recycled your appliance through the Muscatine Transfer Station and have provided your receipt from them for disposal. (contact them at 563-263-9689)
• You have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Please note that pre-approval is required before implementation of projects with potential rebates of over $2,000.  Incomplete forms will not be processed. New construction does not qualify. Equipment that is not replacing existing equipment does not qualify for the MPW rebate program.

• You or the party you are filling the form out for is/are an MPW commercial electric customer and/or account holder.
• The equipment submitted is replacing existing equipment and is new.
• The indicated/submitted appliances, fixtures, and LED lamps, signs, or fixtures, motors, and equipment have been purchased and installed in a business within MPW’s electric service territory and that the information supplied is accurate.
• You have attached your original or copy of your sales receipt(s) with this form and that all receipts are for items purchased in your business name, AND that you have circled energy-efficient equipment on your receipt(s).
• You understand commercial rebates will be mailed in the form of a check to the business’s MPW account once the application has been processed and approved.
• You understand that forms submitted after March 31 of the current year for previous years purchases (from Jan 1 – Dec 31) do not qualify.
• You have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
