Chargers with multiple ports only qualify for one rebate. Members are limited to two electric vehicle charger rebates per year. All equipment and installation costs are required to be on one application. Photo of installation, including charger and breaker box, is required. Level 2 (without retail or fee collection capability): 50% of total equipment and installation costs up to $250 for non-managed chargers. Or 50% of total equipment installation costs up to $1,000 for member system managed chargers. DC Fast Charger-50% up to $3,000 for 500-750kW peak output, $5,000 for 763-149kW, and $7,500 for 150kW.
