Children 12 years and younger are eligible to participate in this contest. Only one entry per child and the parent or guardian must be an active member (primary residence) of Jackson Electric and reside in the same household.

PHOTO RELEASE

I agree that Jackson Electric Cooperative (JEC) may publish my photograph for promotional or other purposes without my approval or inspection and without compensation, right to royalties, or any other compensation. Jackson Electric may adapt, edit, or modify my photographs for use. I agree to hold harmless JEC, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of my photographs.

By submitting a photo of a minor child(ren), I agree to the following terms, along with the general photo release terms: I acknowledge that I am the legal guardian of the minor child(ren). My signature grants JEC permission to reproduce my child(ren)'s photo for use in public relations and marketing materials. I further acknowledge that neither I nor my child(ren) will receive compensation or have any claim against JEC for the use of the picture in any marketing material.
