Interconnection Agreement

This Interconnection Agreement (IA) together with all Exhibits is made by the Huntsville Electric Utility Board (HU), a municipal public utility board created by the City of Huntsville, Alabama, and the property owner (Interconnection Customer).

The effective date of the Agreement shall be the date signed by the last Party.

Note: Nameplate rating must be 50 kW or less for the Solar Connect Program.

Insurance Information

Insurance Requirements:

  • No additional insurance required for solar generation up to 10 kW AC
  • Generation greater than 10 kW requires insurance of not less than $1,000,000




Must be at least $1,000,000
Required Documentation Upload
